Sorg Sport and Wellness

I joined Sorg Sport and Wellness earlier this year and I love their fun fitness classes and hot yoga classes! My body is definitely transforming! Best instructors and super nice clientele! Best gym I've ever been a part of--- hands down! And the Christian atmosphere is really appreciated!! Client for life!!

I did Shelly's Transformation Training over a year ago and have kept my weight off. My greatest improvement was losing body fat and building muscle. Even though I'm over 50, Shelly has taught me how to eat to stay healthy. Everyone needs her classes to learn the correct way to meal plan, what to buy in the grocery and how to build muscle to increase metabolism.

My daughter and I did the Transformation Workshop together and we both had a blast! It totally transformed both of our lives! The program really works and we both lost weight, discovered how to cook and eat with much better nutrition. We also learned how to workout safely and effectively. Our mind, body and spirts have been transformed - for life! My daughter even changed her major to nutrition / dietetics! Thank you Shelly!

Sorg Sport and Wellness has helped me out with my baseball career and has developed me physically and mentally . I would recommend coming here if you play sports and you want to get bigger , faster , and stronger , the right way .
