Laurel Wreath Bridal

I had the most wonderful experience at Laurel Wreath. It was an amazing atmosphere along with great people working along side you to help you find your dream dress! I am so thankful to have found this place. I was extremely anxious about trying dresses on but as soon as I started trying on dresses, I couldn’t stop smiling. If you are just thinking about visiting, do it! You will not regret your experience.

Today I said YES to the dress. It was my first time trying on bridal dresses and after falling in love with two dresses, I was still scared to commit since I wanted to know what else was out there. After checking out two other stores nothing even compared to the dress quality and experience that Laurel Wreath gave. We went back later that day and purchased my dress. Thanks Laurel Wreath for making this a magical day for me, truly one of a kind experience!

I would like to say, having been recommended by a friend who bought her dress here, that I had a great experience. Unfortunately I never even got the chance to. I drove over an hour to New Albany for the first weekend of their sample sale after the COVID-19 situation. Living in Kentucky I was absolutely shocked and honestly slightly appalled that not only were they not asking any of their guests to wear masks, but their store employees and the owner herself were not wearing masks or gloves either (they had said previously we could not browse the collection during our appt, but if they weren’t using protection/In contact with guests all day who also weren’t required to either, then whats the difference?)They advertised that it was a private appointment, when I further inquired I was told that it’s two people per appointment slot and they could bring a “small number” of guests. I had my bridesmaid and her mother with me. I arrived 10 minutes early and immediately was told they were running behind and that it would be another 30 minutes if I wanted to go walk around (downtown... not browse the collection) and to come back later. So that’s what we did. Meanwhile, the other bride sharing my 4 o’clock appointment time slot was taken up for her appointment. When we came back, it sounded like a sorority party upstairs. After waiting another 15 minutes the owner herself came down, not wearing any type of protective gear, and asked us to just continue waiting with no estimated time as to how long it would be other than “I think she’s almost done”. After another day 15 minutes (I arrived at 3:50, we left at 4:50) we just gave up and left. They advertise the experience will be special and you’ll feel valued, an experience to remember. This was going to be my first time getting to try a wedding dress on. I got engaged a week before everything shut down. They never offered us champagne or wine. Not even water. There was no catalog book for us to look through. Even before all this, the communication was not great. I had asked via email the day before if my bridesmaid would be able to try on dresses and they ignored the question. I also asked if they had certain specific samples of a few gowns from one of the designers available that I would be able to try on. Both of my questions were completely ignored. Overall, it was just incredibly disappointing, driving that hour long ride home with not even a single gown tried onto show for it. Having to call my mom and tell her that I didn’t try anything on. Quite literally a complete waste of my time. I will not be returning, nor recommending, this store again.

Kristy was absolutely phenomenal! She listened to everything I wanted and kept everything within my small budget! I wanted to get 2 dresses by the end of the dress fitting! She really took amazing care of me and I felt so comfortable. I’m so glad I got my dress from here. She’s the best!!! Thanks Kristy! You made me feel so beautiful!

I couldn't have been happier with our experience. These ladies know what they are doing and my daughter found THE perfect dress for her May 2020 wedding. Beautifully decorated and in fact we're renting the available space for the bridal party to get ready in for the wedding! Thank you, I will highly recommend Laurel Wreath!!
