Pharmacy Techs Never observant of line at the drive thru. Set in line 30 minutes. Two lanes working. Saw 6 cars pass on right lane. I was in the left. The whole time I waited behind two people. I listen to the techs say sorry for your wait oddly but not surprisingly to men more so than women. I guess men are known to be more impatient?? So you catered too? Anyways then they said do you want to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for pickup. I said, No, I'll wait in the parking lot. The lady at the window never spoke to me again. So I took that as an Okay and I drove around to park and wait. I haven't picked up my prescription yet so I guess this is just judging the window help with how their observation, professionalism, kindness and sincerity was.
All the employees are very kind and willing to help in any way.
I love this pharmacy. They go over and above to take care of us. I would recommend highly. Especially over CVS across the street. CVS is awful.
Decent store
This is the worst walgreens in New Albany. Whoever the team lead is who worked this past Saturday should be replaced or trained on professionalism. Maybe his name was Terry. He said some really innapropiate things to me while I was trying to return some vitamins. Not sure I'll return there. I had to check him on his communication with customers. I hate to say this but I hope his poor behavior wasnt due to the color of my skin, but you never know these days.
