Love the selection of healthy items. However I’m puzzled by the many comments mentioning friendly service. I’ve shopped here several times and never been greeted upon entering or asked if I needed any help finding anything. The owner has never said hello or made any type of effort to engage me or anyone else in the shop at the same time. The employees seem nice once conversation has been initiated. Gives me the feeling that the employees are afraid of saying something that would offend the owner. Not the same vibe I get when shopping at Rainbow Blossom or other small businesses in town.
Very nice assortment of healthy goods & artisan foods. Fresh cafe offerings always tasty. Definitely a valuable addition to our community. Plus a good place to Christmas shop!
Seeds and Greens is Southern Indiana's best local health food store and deli. Stop in to refill your daily supplements, or grab a bite to eat from the deli. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love stopping in to just look around and see what's new.
My wife and I had a delicious lunch there. She enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with marinated cucumbers on the side while I went for the vegetable panini with broccoli coleslaw. It was great to have healthy and tasty food in a cool place. Thanks
Very good! The Italian chicken panini is very delicious! The Italian grilled cheese had very gooey cheese and had a nice pull apart!
