I have rented a unit for over 3 years and have never had any problems.nMy unit door recently broke and Jerry came at a convenient time for me to look at the problem. When he was unable to make the repair himself, he contracted the repair, again at a convenient time for me, and it is complete and works perfectly.nWhile storage units aren't living spaces, the items stored mean something. Jerry treated the problem with a sense of urgency and kept in touch with me throughout. I appreciate knowing my business is important to him. I highly recommend this storage site.
Great customer service! Maybe the moving experience so much easier. I'm using the one in paoli pike. The place is clean and secure.

I rented a space for two years here. Jerry was always very kind and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained, and the location is secure with 24 hr access. This was so much easier and safer for me than renting in Louisville. Highly recommended !!!
