All Starz Gymnastics and Cheerleading

We were spending more than we wanted for a measly 30ish min a week between 2 kids (bc they have kids coming every 30 minutes). The studio was open all days but the holidays and our kids happened to fall on thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with no make up days. We were already unhappy for the amount of time and cost. When I canceled, Joycelyn didn’t bother asking me why or caring that I was pulling 2 happy kids out of their class, knowing that I questioned the no make up days. And Karen, the owner, hasn’t once contacted me or cared about my experience. I saw her once, she barley acknowledged me obviously knowing that I was a new paying customer. It’s a VERY small town. This has been the most disappointing experience. If you go here, it must be bc you are a local with no experience in this world. If you are cultured then this is the last place to go to.
