I did the drive-thru during the coronavirus and the young lady who helped me was very friendly and courteous. I ordered a large black coffee of the day and she nicely asked me if I wanted any additions which I didn't. I removed one-star because it took a long time to get my coffee. Seems like a plain black coffee of the day should be ready to be poured right out of the pot and into your cup. Overall not a big deal but not a 5 star experience.
This is my favorite Heine Brothers' location. Such a great place to support. Getting hot lattes is always a gamble, though. Either you get it just right or they give you a scalding hot latte with no flavor and no microfoam. It seems to be a consistent issue, but I'll continue to support them anyway.
