Great place, friendly, honest, fair. They did a great job on my alignment. Totally old school!

I'm sorry but this place gave me a terrible experience, unfortunately I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending Gene's as a honest, reliable, business. They have major communication issues. Gene ( the owner) is nice, but not friendly as a business owner should be. I feel as though he don't listen when your trying to explain something to him.nInitially I took my motorhome there for an alignment. It was there for two days. I called each day toward closing to asking if it was finished. I was told each time they'll let me know when it's finished. The third day I called and asked if it's done yet finally I got a yes, and that it had been finished the day before I went paid for the alignment and picked it up.nUpon driving home I noticed the steering wheel was still not straighten. I called right away and told them that the wheel wasn't straight, and I wanted it done right. I was told to bring it back the appointment they gave was a week later.n2nd time there's still communication issues. Mw appointment was. On a Wednesday and I received my motorhome back on Monday. I wasn't told that they would need it through the weekend I'm glad I didn't have a trip planned. Monday I got a call telling me that I needed to have some kingpins replaced on the front wheels I'm unfamiliar with what they were so I asked him to show me I went down there Gene pointed out what he thought the issue was and told me that he won't be able to align it until they fix the kingpins. That was my red flag they charged me a week previously for an alignment that was never done. I asked him about it I asked him how come they didn't align it and they charged me for it the last time I was there and he said that he did not know he backpedaled and tried to give me my money back I told him I didn't want my money back I just wanted it done right he wanted to give me more than my money back that I paid for the alignment I told him that he's a small business and I'm not after his money I just wanted the work done correctly. He said he would get it done and to give him a call the following day. I didn't make it that far I went and picked up my motorhome before closing that day I couldn't get past what I felt was dishonesty and I can't believe that I was charged for something that they didn't even do so basically my motorhome sat down there for all this time for nothing and they charged me for doing nothing very disappointed considering they're the only shop in town that can align a vehicle as big as a 26-ft class C motorhome

These guys are amazing! They are professional and I can trust them. My husband never lets me take-out rigs any where and even he trusts them! They worked with our schedules and were very kind!

Excellent shop all around. Got an over the phone quote, and was in the shop in no time. And out just as fast with a new exhaust! Very reasonable price, and awesome work, truly awesome exhaust work.

Had my jeep alignment done in just a few minutes and cost was $39.95.
