I walked into Lithia without a clue what to expect, Erica walked me through the entire process and made sure that I understood everything. She took her time and made sure that every detail was covered to make my experience as smooth as possible. I have to admit that I was very nervous having paint work done on my car, but looking at my car you would never be able to tell that I had any work done. All of the lines are smooth and completely blended in. Lithia did an incredible job with my car and I will return to them of I ever need body work done again.

I took my vehicle to them, to do some body work on the front end. They did an incomplete job, didn't fix my blinker lights on my truck. Took 3 weeks to finish , well what they deemed fixed, then I had to pay for a battery and a starter that I had no problems with until taking it to them. Then ask 3 times how much my deductible was and they said I didnt have to pay one. Now they say I do. Really bad communication with customers.
Had a violent meeting w/Bambi in my Kia Soul. Took out the whole front end. Lithia had it in perfect shape within 3 weeks. There was a glitch at the end but they made it right. Other body shops may not have cared if I was happy with the work and service. They went out of their way. Thanks to Erica and Trent.
