My husband Bill Shamblin bought a car from 5 star auto, & it had a viscous clutch issue for the all-wheel drive..and they replaced the entire transfer case at NO COST!!! Complete HONESTY and transparency...when dealing with me, and the trust I had with the employees will eliminate any fears you might have about mechanics and how other shops try to upsell services to you. My son's 2010 Mini Cooper was throwing all kinds of codes. The guys at 5 Star Auto took a look at it and found out a brand new fuel pump we had put in ourselves was faulty. We installed a new one and it runs great. Really nice people. Thanks guys!
