I came in for an oil change and a leak. The diagnosis ended up being worse than I thought it would be but the two guys I worked with were so kind and respectful and were able to give me some options and solutions for moving forward with my car. They also graciously let me put them on the phone with my dad so he would also know what was going on and help me make decisions. Overall I am super satisfied with the service I received. They gave me great advice and were transparent about what my options were, which was very helpful. As a young woman, it can be nerve-racking to go to a garage you don't know, but the men at Good Guys made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely come again and recommend to anyone needing a garage. Thanks Good Guys! :)

The turbo on my '08 Subaru Outback exploded while going over Grant's Pass and I got a tow to this garage on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. I'm glad I did, because they did a great job getting my turbo repaired and reinstalled quickly and painlessly.nGreg was extremely professional in all our interactions and was great about calling to keep me posted how the repairs were going. While driving to Roseburg, the engine in my Jeep JKU started acting up. A misfire in the #5 cylinder was a known issue and on my list to take care of. While in Roseburg I decided to have it checked and stopped by Good Guys Garage and met Greg. Turns out it was time to replace the engine. I decided to have Good Guys put the new motor in and I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the entire experience working with Greg and his team. Communication was outstanding, Greg is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to have him work on any of my vehicles. Highly recommended!
