This crew was great - they upgraded my old knob and tube wiring throughout my house. I would absolutely use them again. They were super-responsive, courteous, professional - and very clearly knew what they were doing.

Appointment scheduled and never showed. Called their office was told they were on the way. I live 5 mins from the office and they never showed. Called again 1.5 hrs later and was told the same thing. Only one way to make money and employ people and that's to show up for a job. Very unprofessional that you can't even call a client to say your running late.nnEdit update* was called by Tom Sr. Who said he was at my house at 10am walking around and nobody was home. However I was outside from 9:30 am doing yard work. Can't stand a liar and will never do business with K and K. Do not use them for anything!

I had called them up because I had a question they didn't answer but I did leave a message and they did call back and left a message back and gave me the answer I needed they do care about their costumers

Very personable & professional people. Was surprised how quickly they were able to service & repair our furnace. When we received the bill, it was only about half as much as we expected. Definitely recommend them.
