Mark did a great job for me. He found the problem right away, fixed it in the most cost effective manner, and made suggestions on how to improve some other electrical challenges we were having. I will be using Mark for other things and recommend him.

I used them before and they did good work. That is why I went back, but never again. This time I called for a quote and after two weeks, I couldn't get a call back to get me on the schedule. The lady at the Office said Mark is busy, but a phone call only takes a few minutes and means a lot with customer service. I hope he's not so busy he can't find time to go to the restroom.nnThey will get no more recommendations from me. Guess they don't need another customer.
