Although my order was correct I had no napkins and I was traveling. It may seem petty to some, but when you're driving it makes it a little difficult to eat..

I was the only one at the counter, 3 people walk by without even recognizing me and I felt I had to wait for somebody to mop a floor before she could come over and help me... without washing her hands. Then she touched cups without washing her hands. Everyone there had their masks either below their nose or under their chin and the guys in the back preparing food had no mask or under their chin. There were only two people that had it on correctly.

We stopped here because the sign said rv and bus parking. However, the rv parking is not big rig friendly. We have a 40' 5th wheel and a dually truck. We did not fit and it was really tight getting out of their parking lot. The McDonald's itself was very nice, clean and fast service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of the rv parking issue.

Went through the drive through before work and got pulled forward for fresh biscuits. That's all fine and dandy, the issue was when I bit into my hashbrown, it was still frozen in the middle. I understand they were busy, but come on! How hard is it to stick something in a fryer and set a timer?! And just to put the icing on the cake, the woman that brought out my food was rude. Do better McDonalds, I've worked in food service. Yes, it's fast paced. No, it's not hard and to the woman that brought my food out, you work in customer service. Learn how to speak to people..
