They repossessed my car during the pandemic.nWhen they repossessed it, they didn’t notify the local law enforcement (which they’re required by law to do). I initially thought my vehicle had been stolen.nAfter filing for chapter 13 bankruptcy the day after repossession, they’re still refusing to return the vehicle.nDon’t leave your number for a call back, you’ll never get one and you’re just wasting your breathe.
They wont have a loaner for you to drive while your car is being worked on, the try to save a buck by doing technical repair work on your vehicle making the problem 10x worse. They will hide in the office if you show up in the business. They sell lemons and cut corners to save a buck, Auto Wow
Great buying experience.
I personally did not buy a vehicle here, I gave someone a ride there so they could get a car. They obviously move a lot of cars there so apparently it can't be too bad. They seemed friendly for a Buy Here Pay Here lot.
Gabby is a sweetheart and understanding of financial stress and strain. The whole team there are great people! Definitely recommend doing business with these people
