Rodney was very prompt in returning my calls, emails and was onsite on-time. All of those qualities are hard to find these days. He was very thorough in his inspection including in the attic (95*) day and crawling in the crawlspace. He had the technology with him to create the report and sign-off all in the same day. One suggestion is to keep a stylus on hand to make it easier for writing on the handheld tablet.
