Can't complain. Staff are nice. Drive through window.eady to pay bills.

The staff there is polite, but they don't take any type of card be it debit or credit and it's 2019. You can't make a payment online, either. Of course there are other ways to pay your bill, but these days convenience is key. The drop box for after hours payments are also check only. They will not accept cash drop off payments even if it's in the envelope provided with your bill in the mail.

Bills are sent out the 19th of one month and they are due the 10th of the next.. so you have less than one month to pay. If you pay “late” or during the grace period THEY ALLOW.. Not only are you charged a late fee (understandable), but if you do this more than two times then your deposit DOUBLES (over 400$) if you are ever to move. Mind you.. they DO NOT report ANY on time payments to any of the major credit bureaus. Majorly corrupt and designed to keep people down and out.

Going to move just so I wont have to use this company again. They don't answer so you can pay your bill, then you're charged a late fee literally 2 days after your bill is due, the customer service is makes you think they are hiring their daughters and nieces or something. The most unprofessional company I've paid bills to.

Won't take a card, like 99.7% of other REAL businesses in jasper. Cannot take payment over the phone, or website. Only open during most people's working hours. Convenience is not an option.
