I would like to thank Mercy Medical Center on many levels. I was recently a patient in the Emergency Room as well as in patient and I could not begin to say enough about my experience. They truly care ! Hospitals get so much negative said about them because medical is such a difficult field, but they truly did everything to get me better. From the nurses to the doctor I could not be more impressed with the empathy and professionalism.

1st time getting in and out of E.R. in under 2.25 hours. Had EKG, blood work and CT of head. Saw Dr and got discharged with observation for minor concussion protocal.nGood, quality service. Recommend if trauma injury.

I have lived in eight different states and by far this is the worst ER I have ever been to. Your better off driving to elsewhere unless you want to have a 7 to 12 hour wait. Tonight i spent 7 hours waiting to see the dr. It never happened I walked out.
