I had a fantastic experience buying a used Honda Fit here. Was able to negotiate a fair price online with no skeezy sales tactics, and the purchasing/title process was a complete breeze. All staff I encountered were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also were the only dealership I visited that seemed to be taking adequate COVID precautions. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Purchased a brand new 2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Uebelhor Toyota. Website advertised the vehicle having 20 miles and did not have a license plate holder installed on the front valance. When picking the vehicle up, the vehicle had 612 miles along with the license plate holder installed. When asking the salesman why the mileage difference, he stated “The 20 mileage is standard on new vehicle listings on the site”. To some, this may be negligible. The front license plate holder was not something I wanted and I was not asked if this is something I desired. I had to pay $223.68 for a new front bumper valance as there were large holes in the original from the install. The mileage, should have been accurately displayed. Once again, to most this would not perturb. Other than the above mentioned, it was a pleasant experience.

They are courteous, efficient, and economical. I've had two brake jobs done the past 6 months on two separate vehicles and I am impressed with Uebehlor. I will absolutely go back there for the maintenance work on my Toyota vehicles.

Awesome dealership. They are helpful, nice, understanding, and will do everything they possibly can to get you into that new car! They easily took in our trade in which ended up saving us majorly in the long run. Best experience at a dealership! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Service department was excellent! I had a 25K maintenance check and they had me in and out quickly. I showed them that wheels had been defectively discoloring and they immediately said they could get the new wheels in before I had to leave town to drive back to NC! I’ve lived all over and there is nothing that compares to a small town dealer who genuinely cares when you walk in the door. Thank you Uebelhor Toyota!
