I've dealt with Uebelhor's in Jasper for several years. I have been and am very satisfied with their customer interaction and service. The service techs take time to listen to you and don't brush off any concerns you may have. When you call to make any appointment they work with you and your schedule to get you in promptly.
I was very well cared for from the moment I pulled my car into the building. I had a concern about a tire and that issue was addressed along with regularly scheduled maintenance. A loner car was readily provided so I could meet my obligations while having my car serviced.nI had a super friendly, courteous, and professional service representative take care of my concerns. I believe his name was Eric.
My wife purchased a new 2020 Traverse. I cannot say enough good things about Brian Morgan at Uebelhor's. He took treated her with kindness and respect 8 years ago when we bought our truck from him and this time was no different. I will probably purchase my next truck from him as well.
The appointment was for a test drive to analyze a problem with the truck which they did and found the problem. Then they told me that they could fix it right away, service it and rotate the tires all while I waited but it would take a few hours. Or, they could give me a vehicle to drive which worked out fine and I got it all done at one time. Excellent experience!!!
George was awesome. Listened to what I wanted and found it. Took a lot of time and searching over several weeks, but he found the right truck for my family to enjoy for years to come.
