This place gets broken in to regularly. People cut through the fence and break into the campers, stealing just about everything they could from them. Thieves kept returning through the same hole night after night until it was finally fixed. If you store your belongings here, make sure you have whatever it is insured. I just heard someone’s camper has being stolen off the lot. I’m always seeing posts on community pages stating their belongs are being stolen from here.

I have had a storage unit here for several years. It's a clean and secure facility. I always feel safe even late at night. Pricing per units are super reasonable. They have different size units and outside storage as well.

Pricing seems a little high 10 x 15 storage for $100 a month here or $85 a month in Cleves plus storage building looks a little nicer/newer. I have called him 4 times, 3 times he was supposed to return my call I never did. The last time I agreed to rent a storage unit from him. We agreed to meet Thursday so I drove from Dayton to meet him get there and the office door is looked so I call him and he says he is not going to be in the office.
