This was my first experience at Kelsey Chevy and I can honestly say we have found our new home for car buying. This was our 6th new Chevy purchase in the past 7 years and I can honestly say this was the best experience we have ever had. Jay was the best sales associate I have ever worked with, and the finance process was so smooth. When we stopped in without an appointment we fully anticipated being there for HOURS, but the fact of the matter was we spent less time at the dealer than times in the past when we had an appointment. I truly feel like I was treated like part of the family.

Where do I begin...n- We agreed on a monthly price then once I went to their financing department the price was not what we agreed on.n- After a monthly price was agreed upon AGAIN and I left the dealership I received an email saying what my bi weekly payment was. It was 33 dollars higher than what was stated on my paperwork and totaled out at 66.00 extra a month!n- I then called their financial agent and he acted like I was wrong. After me gently coercing him he looked up my payments and then noticed I was right. Terrible customer service yet again.n- When I agreed on the terms of my trade in, they allowed me to keep my custom rims and tires and they would put them on my new vehicle. They wouldn’t do it the day of my trade in (which was reasonable) so they told me to show up 3 days later on that following Friday at any time and they would do the job that was agreed upon. I showed up and they said they couldn’t do it because they were too booked, even after they guaranteed me service. So, I had to show up again on that next Monday when they opened at 8am. I told them I am active duty on leave and it needs to be done so I can return to base on time in NC. When I show up they take my truck then tell me they can’t swap the tires because they don’t have the right lug nut key .nn- Instead of helping me find one I had to drive to another tire store an hour away round trip and ask for one and had to put gas in the dealership’s vehicle to get there. I never received the money back for the gas I put in THEIR vehicle and get the tool for them to do the job we shook on. They said the job would take 45min- 1 hr and after me getting a certified Chevy dealership a tool it needed ....it ended up taking 3 1/2 hrs .nn- They also didn’t even reset my tire sensors...nn- So yesterday a week after I purchased the vehicle I called my bank to see if the dealership paid off my loan for my trade in and they didn’t . I had to call the dealership and they said they would call me back ... 2 hrs later I had to call the dealership back AGAIN and they took a message for me to inform the finance department what’s going on. So about another 30 min goes by and I finally get a call but it’s not from the financial department, it was from my salesman Matt. Thank god Kelsey Chevrolet has Matt as a salesman because without all his help my situation never would of been sorted out. So finally with Matt’s help I was able to get my trade in paid off. Apparently the dealership was having problems with getting into contact with my bank all week but they refused to contact me so I had to find out myself and luckily I did or I would of been smashed financially. So thanks again to Matt for all his professionalism and general caring for his customers .nn- They definitely showed me why dealerships are not held in high regards and it made me realize I’ll never do business there again.

Kelsey Chevrolet is the BEST! I can’t say enough about how happy and satisfied we are with Tyler and Rico. They both went well above what any other car dealership would do. I was talking with Tyler and told him we had been working with several dealers across the country the past month plus before we bought our Vet from Kelsey Chevrolet, and yes, we plan on enjoying (my wife’s) car. No one would took care of us like they did.nnTyler was great and extremely responsive. He stayed in touch and made arrangements to ship the car to us in Hawaii.nnMahalo (thank you),nnJeff & Holly Warren

As in the past, all interactions with Kelsey personnel, from Chelsea in scheduling to the counter people and payment clerk were caring and customer centered. I requested a brake check and a review of the front wind deflector on my 2015 Volt. The gentleman calling me told me the Volt brakes are long lived since Chevrolet engineers designed a very efficient regenerative system. He also told me the from skirt shows wear but wasn't necessarily in need of replacement. He could have spent $300 of my money if he hadn't qualified the wear as acceptable. Thank you all again, I'll be back for another oil change etc. when due.

I bought a car online from Kelsey Chevrolet because they had the best price in a 500 mile radius from where I live. Very easy to work with and they delivered my car on time with no issues. Highly recommend.
