Been meaning to leave this review for sometime now a family member of mine dropped off their vehicle at the service department. And they were Very skeptical because they’ve been taken advantage of a lot when getting her car serviced. But she’s a believer now and will go nowhere else and got me going to their service department. I must say truly professional and enjoyable experience won’t trust my car with anyone else!

Each and every part of my sales experience went easily. My salesman Brian was on top of everything and helped make the process very satisfying. He followed up with me on the phone through the entire sale. At the dealership, he carefully guided me through all the new features on our new Jeep and even followed up the next day to make sure we didn’t have any questions that were unanswered (to me this was extremely thoughtful and showcased what a true professional he is).nThe Manager, Rob Green made a huge impact on the sale, getting me a great price for my trade in and working the deal to get me financed for the new Jeep. Rob, Brian, you both were amazing, thank you for all you did!

The service and professionalism was superb. I was able to get all my service and updates completed at one location. The tires I purchased were priced the same as other discount stores. The service center gave me friendly advise as to what was needed and all completed in timely matter.

For the most part I found it to be an enjoyable experience. Our Salesman Derrick was outstanding! He patiently answered all our questions and kept in contact with us throughout the process.nThe haggling process wasn’t any fun but it generally never is at any dealership.nHe was very helpful after the sale with the demonstration of how to operate all the options that we have on this truck. Though it was very close to closing time he was patient and was very thorough in his explanations.nWe found the finance lady to be very pleasant and knowledgeable.nIt was one of the better car buying experience I’ve ever had.nI would recommend this dealership to a friend or family member.

Our sales representative Paul was awesome! He was willing to stay late with us and worked hard to make sure we got the best deal. Excited in our new jeep and would definitely recommend this dealership.
