Indian Springs Campground LLP

I would, under no circumstance, stay at this campground. To make a long story short, there was a misunderstanding/ miscommunication at the beginning of our stay regarding pay. Once it was brought to our attention, we immediately apologized, owned our part and said that we would pay in full for our entire stay. This was not good enough. The “manager” completely berated me on the phone and was very rude. This went on and on until I finally told him that the way he was talking to me was unacceptable. We ended up paying in full and immediately taking our RV and going down the street to another campsite. In addition, while I was paying, a female employee was very rude and disparaging as well. In addition to all of that horrible treatment by the staff, the place is a dump too. Nothing pretty about it. We just needed someplace to stay while we are facilitating a move. STAY AWAY!

Highly recommend if you can get a lake site. Linda at the front desk gave us an energetic welcome, quiet RV park with no drama, and nice walking trail around the lake. Quick access to the interstate was a plus for us.

Campground with having about 85% long term is very clean. Sites have ok spacing. Easy in and out for overnight stay. Liked the walk around the lake. Would stay again.

$371 for a night?! It's the question I kept asking when they wouldn't refund my money. Long story short, I was there for a job that got pushed back a couple weeks and their policy is NO REFUNDS. So I stayed one night for $371.nLeft my family to get out there and go to work only to be treated like that.nStole my money. Policy or not... greed is wrong.nNot only unemployed, but harassed and robbed. Not good people.

Drove here to explore the site today to see if it was nice or not. It was small, jam packed sites on top of each other. Drove around the loop only to be met at exit by some dude saying I blew past the stop sign and the check in sign. I apologized and let him know I didn’t see it as it was on passenger side and 10’ off road. He then began harassing me again and again I said I was sorry and didn’t see it. Then he started again and I finally let him have my thoughts. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me. To tight campers are on top of each other and lake is a catch basin not a lake. Horrible customer service.
