I ordered 4 sandwiches, and one incorrectly included mayo, which I can't eat and the receipt specified not to use. I didn't discover it until I got home and our family was sitting down to eat. Unfortunately, this meant I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the sandwich remade, and I didn't get to eat dinner with the rest of my family. When I got back to the restaurant, they remade the sandwich, but gave absolutely no consideration to the fact that I had to waste time and gas making a second trip. The manager in charge didn't apologize, and when I asked him to do something to make up for the extra hassle, he said no. Very poor customer service! He's probably not cut out for management.
