Domino's Pizza

We recently bought a house in Harrison and love the city! We also love Dominos! The first time we ordered here was amazing not a single issue! The second time, (we were told they don’t deliver to us? We are about a mile away from the store). Since then, every single time we call it is a hassle trying to order because they say they don’t deliver to us and have to check with a driver. If you don’t deliver to us how do you already have all of our information when we call in?? We can’t use the app either! We have since been buying all of our pizza from other locations, mainly Pizza Hut. How in the world we have been told they don’t deliver to us not once, not twice, not three times, but four times is beyond me. I love Dominos food, but the headache and hassle of ordering is a total turnoff and after tonight we give up. Until it gets fixed we will just use other establishments. Carolina Trace Road is a long road I get it, but long roads also have a lot of residents. Do yourself a favor and just put a simple note on your customers account so you don’t hassle them everytime they call. You already have my name, phone number and address?!? And why is Dominos the only one that questions us out of all of the restaurants in Harrison? Y’all got to get it together! You are losing business but don’t seem to care!

Be aware that their delivery fee is 9 dollars. I work at a different dominos and the delivery driver doesn’t get any of the delivery fee, so you’re expected to tip on top of it. I’ve never heard of a dominos charging nearly 10 dollars just for delivery. Ridiculous and a rip off
