The red haired lady cut my sons hair and lined around his ears WITHOUT moving the straps on his mask. Now he has thick lines of missing hair around his ears, not only that but there is missed spots of hair sticking out everywhere. Definitely needs to be fired, or properly trained to cut hair. (Or have common sense)

I would not recommend that a minority work for this owner nor location I was terminated by the owner via text I switched shifts with a coworker & was under the impression it was covered well she supposedly was unable to make it in which resulted in me being terminated. The owner suggested that my termination was due to me not showing up for a prior shift but I did not show up due to another stylist calling off and I am not a key holder therefore I was waiting on a response from management. I asked “will there be anyone working with me” I was told “no”. I expressed that I do not feel comfortable working alone in the store which resulted in me not going in I was told “I should’ve just showed up”. I think this wrongful termination was racially motivated and included underlying bias.
