Great laid back environment where you can work out without feeling like you and under a panel review... Down to earth people and place is kept clean. Can't wait for this madness to be over so the family can get back on our routine at the gym.
The owner Mark Mobley (I hope I spelled the right), is awesome, friendly and funny. He will get you going on an awesome workout. I enjoying going there very much. He has also helped out my brother. I'm very grateful.
I have never been there. Though my sister loves the place. Could use exersice myself. Never been a health buff.
Great place to exercise and visit with friends.
Convenient, old school. Issues with door working after hours. Could improve customer service.
