They are very nice as far as courtesy goes however...not being approved for $13k and BEING approved for a $19k sounds sketchy. I wanted the truck I test drive but instead they offered me a new ford that was rusted out. Sorry guys oh and try to not use profanity around customers, it's really unprofessional.

BEWARE!!! I could have been seriously injurednnWell I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze from Jeff the beginning of 2019nI shouldn’t have let myself get rushed through it,nthe test drive went great Everything seemed oknWhen it came time to see the service and inspection report for the vehicle Jeff looked for a bit and said he couldn’t find it in the system and blamed it on the car was at the Harrison location before bringing over to the Aurora dealershipnnI should have immediately should have stopped and put my foot down but do to the used car salesmen tactics I didn’t and he said he will track it downnnFast forward a few weeks I had to go to the BMV in Harrison so I decided to stop by and see if they had any reports on it the gentleman over there looked all over in and out of the system nothing other than the motor had a bad smoking problem (I was never told of this) and was sent to get it fixed under warranty at a Chevy dealership that they work withnThe inspection was never done until that day weeks after I bought it when we had snow and ice in FebruarynnHe sent me down to the shop down the road further into Harrison to have a oil change and The inspection report done on it covered by themnDo to me not being the one paying for it and that they hadn’t been paid they couldn’t let me look at it. I was about to get a glance at the report for a quick second I remember seeing a Check mark in a red box (I’ll explain that later)nI never did follow up with the report and have yet to see it to this daynnFast forward a few months to the second oil change at the same location (Was very expensive do the full synthetic do to the turbo $89 vs $39 at a Chevy dealer) they come in to the lobby and say the tires on the car are completely worn out and they can’t even rotate them (the car did have skidding and hydroplaning issues with them and I drive 30 minutes to work and curvy roads on the west side of Cincinnati)they highly recommend I get a new set. At the point I wasn’t expecting to have to buy tires for a long time I had to buy them because every so often I had to drive my very young niece to places for my sister every so often so I forked out about $500 for tiresnA few months later this is in the winter I’m on my way to work and stop to get gas, I go to start it and the battery dies resulting in having to jump the car to get it startednI was told by Jeff about a warranty on the battery that if the battery goes out they go through a company that will be $100 of the price of a new batterynI gave them a call and come to find out they haven’t done that in over a 1 1/2 years or sonSo the next thing I did was call Jeff to work something out, he basically said I’m out of luck resulting in me having to buy a new one full pricennNow this is just recently in July I decided I wanted to look at trading the car in before 100,00m miles hit so I found a car on this website and drove over therennIt was a really nice light blue 2015 Kia Soul + with about 81K on itnI told him I was highly interesting in the carnAt that time they hadn’t gotten it into the service shop to do a inspection on the car he said it would be ready Saturday (this was a Thursday)nIt obviously needed tires quite badly it literally looked like the previous owner took it out track racing and burned up all 4 tires the fronts were the worstnI said that’s finenHe recommended I come in at about one and I’m the first one that was interested in it so I basically had first dibs on the KianIt’s now Saturday as I was about to walk out the front door I get a text from Jeff telling me the Kia was just soldnAt this point I snapped because apparently all they care about is money and that’s itnThey don’t care about making sure your well taken care of they just put off the normal fly by used car lot salesmannnIf they would have truly cared they would have called me as soon as they got that report and say the tires of the Chevy were shot as put by the gentleman at the shopnIf I had wrecked with those tires i would have sued them so fastnnI will never return again
