Mike and Shiloh were fabulous. Before I even arrived Shiloh called and told me the car I wanted to see was sold already but he had several comparable vehicles.nMike went the extra like - pulled the car fax and pointed out items to consider. He located several additional cars, explained features and was great to work with. His communication and response times were professional and very timely. A great experience and I would go back to see them for future car purchases

I found the experience of buying from Cronin Kia to be low key and courteous. The sales staff were respectful and knowledge and never tried to deflect me from the type of unit I came seeking. They needed to order what I wanted from a dealer out of the Cincinnati area but delivery was quick. Mr. Mike Monroe was the sales staff member who made it all happen I enjoyed working with him. I’m sure you’ll like him too. Let me add that Cronin Kia has good protocols in place for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic and followed them pretty consistently, which I really appreciated.

I cannot rave about Mike Monroe enough! If you are looking to buy a car you have to visit Mike at Cronin Kia. His customer service blew me away. As long as Mike works here they will have a loyal customer. He is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He made sure I understood every aspect of my new Kia before letting me drive off the lot. He even went the second mile and sent me a personalized thank you video the next morning. Mike Monroe is an absolute asset to Kia Motors!

I recently bought my second car from Cronin Kia in Harrison. This was a very smooth process from start to finish! My salesman, Shiloh, was very helpful and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me choose the perfect car for my lifestyle. I never felt pressured to make a decision or like I was being forced into something I didn’t want. I was able to drive away same day with a brand new Kia Optima and a smile. I really appreciated the follow up messages and prompt replies when I have questions! Thanks Shiloh!nRich in the finance department went above and beyond making sure I got the best deal. He took his time walking me through all the information about the loan, warranty, and other available options.nBuying a car can be stressful, especially during a pandemic with murder hornets! But the staff at Cronin Kia did a great job of making me feel at ease! 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

We had the privilege of working with Calvin today at Cronin Kia. Let me tell you what, this guy knows customer service and knows how to make you feel welcome. I have hated searching for my wife’s new van due to lack of customer service and no one willing to work with us on price until speaking with Calvin at Cronin. We are so grateful for their help and were able to purchase our new 2020 Kia Sedona EX with no issues. Thank you Cronin for your excellent service and next time we buy a vehicle we will be here! Definitely will recommend this place to anyone I know searching for a vehicle!
