Flavorful heartwarming soup for the cold day! Give them a try! Excellent flavor! Chicken Pesto sandwich super tasty! Take and bake sausage lasagna, had it two times so very good!
I’m rather certain this is the BEST restaurant in Redmond. It’s certainly the best Italian, and hands down the best cart.nnAll made from scratch as far as I could tell. It is obviously that the owner cares deeply about quality! Depth of flavor in the 3 cheese and spinach with marinara out of this world!nnThanks for bringing such a quality product to Redmond!
I was there on opening day, and it’s only gotten better since then! Amazing cart owner, and authentic tasting Italian - don’t miss this food cart!!
So good! Everything is made from scratch including pasta. Can't get any closer to pure Italian food than this place. Extremely friendly staff as well.
Regarding the food truck....nnI ordered a $13 plate of raviolis (4 were eaten when I took the pic), and asked for some bread instead of the side salad. I first got quoted $19 (the side of bread was $4, do the math) - then they adjusted that to $17, but I didn’t get a salad or a discount for not getting a salad. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f food was meh, at best, but the cost was way to high for the portion!
