Donnie was great to deal with. We had a 2 hour drive to get there and he worked with us over the phone during our drive to make our experience seamless. We felt the trade in price and purchase price were both fair and reasonable without a lot of haggling. We would definitely go back again!

Great service! Friendly people! We've bought two vehicles from Don Meyer and we'll continue to buy here. Service department is top notch, parts department is always helpful and knowledgeable and get exactly what I need. Just a great place to do business with. Highly recommend.

The service team at Don Meyer Ford is honest. They made a mistake when servicing my truck. They communicated the mistake that was made, ordered the part needed to fix the issue, called me when the part was received and then scheduled the follow-up service at a time that worked with my schedule.nnMistakes happen... that's just a fact of life. I truly appreciate that the Don Meyer Ford service team immediately took ownership of the issue and didn't make me stumble upon the issue down the line.

Took my truck in for a service, paid the bill in cash same day before picking up truck. They have been billing me for it since then. I have the receipt and showed it to them. And still they say their drawer did not match for the day. So because of that they were billing me again. I had always heard good things about them before, but apparently it’s not true. Do not trust them and make sure if you do business with them, you pay with a credit card, So they cannot cheat you
