I was visiting Indiana in April when my car broke down and I felt it was more cost effective to simply purchase a new one. I needed replacement, but little option considering covid and the financial strains we are all facing. I had cash on hand because I knew about their financing policies (thank goodness for savings), so I visited the lot. Let's say I was unimpressed at best. I know the state of the world isn't ideal right now, and maybe it's just that I'm used to working with more well educated people, but the service was underwhelming. I'm not sure the name of the sales representative I spoke to. I chose not to stick around and found alternative transportation out of this depressing state.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and complete incompetence. This woman took my brother’s car saying that he missed a payment, when he showed her his receipt of payment. Then she stated his insurance cancelled to which his insurance provided proof it had not been cancelled and the only response we received was “oh. Well you can come pick it up then”. The complete incompetence is mind-blowing. 0/5 stars if it all possible

After seeing her interaction with a customer, lying, unlawful repossession, locking the owners out of their car. Unbelievable. I hope they go to the media with the videos and pictures.

Bought a car for my grandma here and she's still driving it three years later. Only had to replace the coil pack, plugs, and wires this year. With regular maintenance it's been reliable. Had a really good customer service experience. Would recommend 100%.
