We had had numerous issue with this location over the last few months. Items missing, long delays.nnToday took the cake. Ordered at 11:42am and the delivery came sometime after 12:30pm. Oh but that's not the best part. We were missing a drink and called to let them know and we can't get through. It's been almost 20 minutes and no one will answer the phone.nnI want w refund on my order, not a gift card, a refund!
To be honest I love the sandwhiches, but you have to stop using stale bread. I order 2-3 times a week and noticed the bread is usually stale at least once a week. Please don't use bread from the night before. Usually when i order it's around when you all open. I'm sure it's as simple as that. Just have someone come in and make fresh bread before you all open up. No one likes stale bread, and when I say stale I mean so stale you can't even chew it. PLEASE whomever owns this establishment, talk to your employees and straighten this out. A sandwhich shop shouldn't have stale bread ?
I l9ve the tuna on wheat roll. Love it! I am driving a 12 foot tall boom truck and could not for theu drive thru. The gentleman in charge that day gladly helped me and my partner and made us some sandwiches! Kudos man in charge!
Not the best location. This was the first visit since the big game scandal. There were about 10 kids standing around with one taking orders and one making sandwiches. And they got my order wrong lol. Also, the beach club only had two bites with avacado. Would reccomend big town hero or fire house subs instead. However, still much better than subway. Great quality meats but the sandwiches are put together poorly. Its a shame.nnEdit:nWent back a second time order was better. But still really stingily on the avocado. I mean its the beach club. It's literally turkey avocado and provolone. But at this location its turkey provolone with a hint of avocado (I was charged $2 for extra)
Screwed up our very simple drive-thru order; no mayo doesn't mean slather both sides in mayonnaise. Incredibly watery soda as well.
