Update: I called the corporate office and talked to Bonnie. She was awesome and did a wonderful job. The error was on my end, I entered the email incorrectly. I raised my review from one star to three as I still feel I should have been contacted not the other way around.nOriginal post: Tried to rent outdoor storage on Saturday. I still haven’t heard back. I called and left voicemail, email and message response on their website. None of my communications were returned as of 10:30 on Monday.
The process of renting the unit was smooth and easy. We used the kiosk at the site and there were no issues. I talked to someone the next day about where and how to locate the lock and they were very helpful. My only suggestion would be have a more detailed explanation somewhere on how to access the lock. We will use again if we ever have the need again
