We ordered with contactless delivery and pre-tipped as usual but this driver decided it be necessary he make contact and have me sign my receipt plus his attitude was rude. Then our order was wrong, the main pizza that our household wanted which was the largest was another specialty and not what we ordered. Pizza was good so we gave a two instead of a one star.
Curbside delivery was fast and friendly! Pizza and extras were fresh, hot and ready within minutes of arrival!
Keith is a great delivery driver. Never got it wrong and prompt. Has a great attitude and always has a smile on his face. This is the kinda leadership you just don't see to often anymore in people being employees. if anyone wants to know what leadership is as a employee take a page out of Keith book. Absolutely horrible customer service. The food took a couple hours to arrive. Which I understand it’s a busy Sunday. It arrives missing parts of the order and ice cold. I called to speak to the Manager which is Amber. She said offers a free coupon to which I declined. So she says well that’s to bad thanks for your call and hangs up. I call again and get Amber again I asked her not to hang up on me and if we can please make this right as I have kids that want to eat and only part of my order. She offers to re make it and delivery. Great! I accept. She gets angry that I except HER offer says she want be able to get it for at least 2 hours.I said that’s alright as long as it’s all there and somewhat warm. So now I’m looking at 4 hours which I’m ok with. Amber gets even angerier that I’m ok with the 2 hours wait. Tells me to never call her store back and hangs up! Seriously?! This is the store manager?! I have these calls recorded after the first hang up. I’m more then happy to share.
Overall a great company with great pizza depending where you go. I pretty much always have to order with extra cheese and extra sauce because if I don’t it comes with hardly anything. This place is a hit or miss most of the time. The way they answer the phone sometimes is a little unprofessional. I spoke with a man named Travis where it sounded like he was arguing with a co worker when he first answered the phone and really sounded like he hated his job which I get, some people only do it for the money which I understand but you at least need to keep it professional in a customer service environment. He also seemed rude over the phone and ended the conversation with “peace.” Other than things they’re pretty good. I choose them because they’re usually a good price for exceptionally good pizza around here.
