I highly recommend Lisa Klemp. I worked with her closely for 6 years on my land use/Americans With Disabilities Federal lawsuit, related to my in home business, which we won by setting a land mark precedent in case law in US Federal Court, Eugene, OR. Moreover, Lisa kept the “County Wolves” away from my door during that entire time, preventing them from trying to stop and to interfere with me, and my business, which also included an arson fire and an embezzlement, Sheriff’s investigation, and the permit process for rebuilding, all of which the County made into a nightmare experience for me and my family.nnMy issue was related to an in home business that was operated by a person with multiple disabilities, including blindness. Of all the lawyers that represented me on both the land use side and on the criminal side, Lisa was the only one that stuck with me and believed in me. She made sure that justice was served.nnI will always be in Lisa’s debt. And as I have worked very hard to rebuild my life and my business since 2012, I have her to thank for making sure I had the opportunity to get back to where I was prior to the County trying to close me down and get me off of my land. Lisa remains my friend to this day and will always be so as long as I live.
