I called this business on February 19, 2020, and spoke with the owner himself. I gave him my contact information and he said he would be out in the next 3 days and provide me a quote for the job. Here it is March 5 and he never came out or called me to reschedule...I have since contacted another company and they came out right away and scheduled me for the end of March. Please contractors, have the decency to call the person back and let them know that you aren't interested in what you advertise. Customer service is still important!
