Red Dot Storage

I'm very disappointed with red dot storage I've been a customer with them for quite sometime never missing a payment I have cancer and asked if there what's the way I could make a doublepayment next month because I've been in the hospital and I was informed they're still going to lock my storage and suspend my gate code they're not willing to work with me at all I find it very disappointing and for a customer that's been with them for quite some time with that great payment history I would have thought they would have been more inclined to help me out but apparently not

Came back and changed my review. They have fixed all the issues. Now they have a combo lock if you get locked out you can use the combo without waiting for them to come take the lock off. Awesome!

It's fine. I always feel safe here. I did not like that they require manditory insurance. If you dont provide and prove it, they automatically add insurance to the cost of your rental.

Just enough space and the right price. Havent had any problems & when the kiosk was broken they were very kind in customer service and let me pay when it was fixed. Would recommend to anyone!!!
