Edit: my issue regarding the shipping still stands- it was not clear that my order would not be fulfilled in time (I ordered on Sunday with over night shipping and didn’t receive the part until Weds) however, customer service did refund both the the shipping and the cost of the part so I appreciate that. The part I received was correct and undamaged (at least visually it was never installed), for that I changed my rating.nnDo not buy from here. Customer Service is abysmal, you will pay for next day shipping and not receive any even confirmation of your order for two days. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering, learn from me!

Found the part i needed, made sure the part #'s were exactly the same. Arrived in the time frame given and was exactly what I needed. Glad to have my AC up and running again.

I ordered a condenser fan motor and capacitor. Items received in 2 days and fit perfectly. Quick response from customer service matching the part. This is the 2nd purchase through this company. Pleased and satisfied with service and price. I will be ordering again.

Worst company ever, lied about shipping times and after waiting weeks said the item would be in another week which it was not. Scummy people there and non responsive to customer service issyest.

ABHORRANT SELLERS - CHEATERS IN CHIEFnnThese guys sell on Amazon as well. And even there they cheat you. Stay away from them. Does not matter what you ask for they send you an OEM part and you have to pay for return cost.nnAmazon should consider taking them off their platform.nnLook elsewhere for a decent vendor. Their rating is at a dismal two.
