I had a great buying experience. Honestly, I don't look forward to car shopping but I've bought my last two cars there and it has been such a pleasant experience because of the staff. I love my car and I really appreciate the efforts of Jason, Todd and Brandon. If you are car shopping, I recommend giving them a call.

It took no time to get a quote. Later when they had to change the quote due to a part price change, they called me immediately. They body work is flawless and the way they were able to match the paint to the rest of my car amazes me. It's spot on. Oh yeah, and they vacuumed my car. Just unbelievable service once again from Jim O'Neal Ford.
