1440 is a great gym. It has mostly everything you want and need. Its kept clean. The patrons are really nice as well. I've been a member for going on two years now and I recommend the gym to all my friends. Plus the trainer is super knowledgeable and has helped me a great deal! Nasty gym and crooked owner/manager. First off, I began having issues with MRSA infections soon after beginning to work out here. So I had to stop going eventually because every time I went, I’d end up with an infection site. Tried to cancel and refund but the cheap manager tries to find every possible way around that. Equipment is dirty and not well maintained at all. It’s also very outdated equipment, my high-school had better equipment. Sorry excuse for a gym!

Typical 24 hr gym. Always clean. Never had an issue. Enough equipment to keep busy and rotating. Never been at peak times though.

A member for four years. Has gotten better this past year. New equipment, cleaner and most of the employees seem to want to do a good job. Small building but I think that keeps some people away which is good for those that are here. Jeremy is a gem. Very helpful, knowledgeable, works hard and takes pride in training others. He has a lot to do with the success of the gym.
