My grandmother and I were in there and Jessica helped us. Super professional and pretty funny, too. I just have to say she did an amazing job helping us find the size and going extreme measures to answer all of our questions. Also, great prices

I would not rent from this facility at all I've recently had my unit broke into without the lock being tampered with in almost $4,000 worth of merchandise. The employee working was very cold and callous about the situation and did not offer any assistance with contacting authorities to file police report. They also stated that the security camera in my aisle conveniently did not work. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Don't go through what I did they took sentimental items that were from my mother who just passed away last month. This place is just something else and I would give them no stars if the option was available.

I stop in at least once a month to the Clarksville Public Storage to pay my bill for the unit I have in Kentucky and Scott is always right there to help me and put the biggest smile on my face and make me feel like the most important person in the world. He is such a great young man and I really appreciate him

The employees at the Public Storage Clarksville location were exceptional in my experience with renting a storage unit. Scott helped me so much when I needed a unit on extreme short notice. And with covid putting me out of work they were very understanding with everything I had going on. So I want to personally thank Scott and Jessica for everything they did for me and for my experience with Public Storage. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of renting a unit.
