We just moved here and this place has great pizza! The Florentine is my new favorite. It has great toppings and sauce... sooo delicious!! Also, until today the staff here (front counter) has not been the friendliest nor personable. Today I met Amy and she was amazing! She greeted me with a smile and was very professional/courteous, while she was occupied with another guest. She even thanked me for leaving a tip!! Amy is wonderful!!!
This is the very best pizza place I have ever laid my eyes on. The atmosphere was a beautiful olden Italian storefront with an amazingly kind staff. I always order my pizza online and have it for pickup because I love to walk into the store and smell the beautiful spices, and the pizza is always done in 20 minutes or less. The best part about Marcos is Obviously the Pizza, never before have I tasted something so sincere and vibrant. It gives me memories of cooking my own pizza with my mom. 5/5 I eat here every month!
Was looking for a good pizza place. After reading the reviews it seem like Marco's has hit rock bottom in the last few months,even the manager's response seems like a rehearsed reply. Don't think I will wast my time or money. Maybe after this mess is over
Placed online order on 9/29/20 at 745pm to be picked up at 830pm. Arrived at store at 835pm and pizzas haven't even been made yet! Spoke with staff about when my pizzas will be ready and was told that she was the only one at the store and she only has 2 hands! Wow! Not the way to communicate with a customer. She was rude. There where at one point 7 customers waiting in the store and everyone was frustrated. She didn't once come up to the counter and acknowledge anyone.The way she treated me as a paying customer was uncalled for. This was our second visit to Marco's and our last. If she doesn't appreciate customers then I don't need to spend my money there. Papa John's from now on.
Ordered my pizza at 8pm supposed to be delivered at 8:53 didn’t get it until 9:45 and then it was so greasy I’m surprised the box didn’t fall apart.
