Jimmy John's

This location has not handled the added pressure from Covid-19 well. There has been several delays on orders for our household and our neightbors. One specifically was out for delivery for an hour. While I'm OK with it taking an hour to make my sandwich I'm not OK with a sandwich that is sitting in a car for an hour. It's unfortunate because I love Jimmy Johns. They have also forgotten items on more than one order. They said they would give us a credit only to never give us the credit. The first one we had to convince the manager of the said credit next time we ordered. I haven't bothered ordering again since the last said credit. Hope they are able to adapt to a changing world, but I'm definitely done with their delivery.

Could have better customer service. I asked to make my drink too a large instead of a small, and the guy at the register acted like he couldn't hear me. At least answer me. And didn't say have a nice day. I don't understand why I get better customer service at other locations.

Worst Jimmy Johns I have ever used. The screw up my order almost every single time and it takes 30-45 minutes every time. Go anywhere else.

Love the #7 and 9 with spicy peppers....
