I love Bikram Yoga Indiana. The staff is great. I am so glad to have this studio near to Louisvillle. It’s saved my mind, body & spirit so many times. Grateful to be able to exercise with Bikram yoga in my life.

After taking many hot yoga classes in IN, KY, MI and FL, Bikram's Yoga College in New Albany, IN is the best around! I have NEVER had a class that didn't deliver what was promised through the practice of Bikram. After taking many variations of hot yoga classes at other studios, they left my shoulder and back injured due to poor teaching and hybrid moves. I have been taking classes 3x/wk at Bikram's Yoga College in New Albany for over a year and have not suffered one injury....
