Studio HIIT

Had an absolute blast tonight at class. I was so nervous and Jennifer was an amazing Instructor. Totally put me at ease and built me up so I felt I could do anything. Will be back for sure. Thanks Jennifer.

I went to my first bungee fitness class tonight at Studio Hiit. I’m glad to finally be able to find somewhere that offers this. It was fun and low impact. The time flew by and I feel like it was a good workout.

loved my experience last night with the bungee exercise class. jennifer was encouraging and supportive.. they have alot to offer besides this.. may have to try the pound class next..

I can not rave enough about Jen and Studio HIIT!! I’ve been through Turbo Kick, Bungee, Circuit Training, and Personal Training with her now. The attention she gives each individual person to make sure they are getting the best work out is like none other. She’ll push you until you cuss, but at the end of it all you walk out proud for what you have accomplished. She is by far one of the best trainers I have ever worked with and can’t wait to see the results from the coming months!!
