Great experience. Staff and instructors are friendly and helpful. Clean peaceful environment. I’m looking forward to the next class. This was the second class at the East end location. Full class but still had room to move.

I just celebrated one year of a pretty solid practice at 502 Power Yoga, it has been transformational to say the least. I used to struggle with lower back pain, and neck issues, they are now gone. My every day stamina and energy levels are off the charts, I have what I call “functional power“. Not only does yoga keep me physically fit, but it also keeps me spiritually and mentally fit, Thank You 502PY!

I’m the person that likes to be in the back of the room. I’m self conscious about looking like an idiot when I don’t know what I’m doing. The instructors at 502 Power Yoga don’t let you feel self conscious. They encourage you to get messy and fall out of your pose because that means you’re doing something new every time. The instructors are great at making you laugh and enjoy the class when you start taking it too seriously. It’s such a supportive, fun environment. I’m so glad that I found 502 Power Yoga.
