Gowdy Brothers Electric Inc

Our furnace stopped working and the heating and cooling company told us it was an electrical issue and they recommended Gowdy Brothers. Temps are supposed to be in the teens tomorrow night so Melinda at Gowdy worked with Nick, the technician to rearrange his day today to squeeze us in. Nick came out and was very personable and professional (and wore a thick face mask - bonus!) and after a few moments it became clear that we had been misinformed by the heating and cooling company and it was a problem they should have fixed themselves. It was HVAC scope, not electrical. There was supposed to be a flat rate charge for the first hour of Gowdy's work but Nick didn't charge us, thankfully. He asked simply that we think of Gowdy for any future electrical needs which we certainly will!

Rude on the phone and kept saying we're too busy to accommodate anything like a quote. Thank you for being so busy you can't even be polite on the phone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The electrician, Nick, couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He fixed our small problem up in a jiffy and was sure to answer any questions I had for him!

We own Hempies here in Bend, Oregon and had some breakers moved between units. I thought we would have to shut down the store while it was done considering the size of the job but Gowdy was so easy to work with they met us at the store early and got it all done without any business interruption. Dave the electrician who did all the work was extremely considerate and really fast..hardly knew he was here. I highly recommend these guys
