I love this place! Challenge yourself while being encouraged by the wonderful staff. Every workout is different and I am never bored. Everyone should try it, it will not disappoint!

This is a amazing place. The workouts are fun and challenging. The trainers there are always friendly and encouraging. Joking was one of the best decisions.

Be careful! I had tried to cancel my 6 month term membership a few days after signing up because life happens sometimes, when you least expect it and when things are going good. The owner was rude at first until I explained life happens sometimes and that is why, she became nice and helpful. So, I was under the impression that the issue was as resolved as it could be and after the last of the 6 months the payments would commence. I never went into 9Round after my initial visit, did not think much about it---just that the membership would end soon and cut corners financially where I could until it was up. Yet, they continued for 2 extra months. I thought my math was wrong and I miscounted 6 months and May was my last month, until my friend told me that it was supposed to be over in March. So, I was like okay I'll just ask nicely about it. This has happened to people before in different gyms, usually if it is 1 or 2 months extra, they have gotten their money back no sweat. Especially since I had contacted her to discuss my desire early on to end my term, I figured maybe she forgot to adjust it to not renew. If it sounded like she was going to renew it, I assure you I would have taken care of that so I wouldn't be in this situation. I do not enjoy confrontation especially with rude individuals. In the end, I did not get my money back, so just heed my warning.nnOn a positive note, I did really like the trainers there on the day I came in with my friend which prompted me to sign up!

The trainers are great, and keep you motivated nomatter your fitness level! Different workout each time, no boredom!
